Company names Todd Cummings and Scott Lamond as Vice Presidents

Quakertown, PA, June 8, 2006�Synergis Software, an independent division of Synergis Technologies, Inc, and a proven leader in engineering data management (EDM) solutions, today announced the promotions of two of the company�s key contributors: Todd Cummings to vice president of Research and Development and Scott Lamond to vice president of Business Development. The new leadership team plans to continue to expand on the significant growth the division has achieved over the past few years.

Todd Cummings is the vice president of Research & Development (R&D) and a technical evangelist for Synergis Adept Engineering Data Management (EDM) software. Mr. Cummings has been responsible for leading Synergis Software's overall R&D strategy for more than 13 years. He is a thought leader in EDM with the savvy for anticipating customer needs and developing solutions to meet them. His expertise spans all areas of data management: Implementing systems; hands-on troubleshooting and problem solving; managing custom programming projects; designing and writing product specifications. Cummings is a popular and recurring speaker at many of the CAD industry's leading conferences, including Autodesk University and SolidWorks World conferences.

Scott Lamond, vice president of Sales and Marketing, has worked for Synergis for the past four years as the director of Business Development. In his new position, Lamond will continue to hold responsibility for overall sales and distribution strategy, sales management, major account development, sales team mentoring, and partnership opportunities. Prior to Synergis Software, Lamond spent 14 years in consultative EDM and product data management solution selling and 10 years in consultative 2D and 3D CAD solution selling.
