UGS' NX Software Selected By Indian Ministry of Railways' Research Designs & Standards Organization (RDSO) as Its Design Automation Platform

NX and NX Nastran to Support Organization's Design Office Upgrade

NEW DELHI, India and PLANO, Texas, May 11 /PRNewswire/ -- UGS Corp., a leading global provider of product lifecycle management (PLM) software and services, today announced that Research Designs & Standards Organization (RDSO), Lucknow, Research and Design Center of Ministry of Railways, Government of India has selected NX(TM) software, UGS' comprehensive digital product development solution for 3D computer-aided-design (CAD) and NX Nastran for solving its sophisticated engineering simulation models.

NX's comprehensive integration of product design, system design and digital simulation was the primary decision factor for RDSO.
