ICEM Software Users Group Conference Series 2006 to Visit Europe, the USA and Asia Pacific Countries

Speakers from major automotive and aerospace manufacturing companies included in comprehensive technical and business-oriented agenda.

Southampton, UK. 10 April, 2006. - ICEM Ltd., the leading global developer of surface modelling, surface model validation and design visualisation software, has announced its 2006 series of software users conferences. The conferences will take place during June and July in Europe, the USA and Japan. They are being supported by Dassault Systèmes and Sun Microsystems, among others and will feature the latest developments in both ICEM Surf and the new ICEM Shape Design software suites, as well as the software's real-world applications.

First in the series is the European users' group conference. This will take place at the Swissôtel in Berlin, Germany on Thursday 1 and Friday 2 June, with the day before, Wednesday 31 May, being devoted to optional, additional user training sessions. The two-day conference will include keynote presentations and business and technical updates from ICEM's senior management team, as well as presentations from existing users from the automotive and aerospace industries. There will also be specialist break-out sessions and a trade show of complementary hardware and software by a number of third-party manufacturers and developers. There will be a formal conference dinner in the evening of Thursday 1 June.

The Ritz Carlton Hotel in Dearborn, Michigan is the venue for the USA users' group conference, which will take place on Wednesday, 14 June. This will be preceded by a reception in the evening of Tuesday, 13 June for senior managers from ICEM's software user community and will be followed on Thursday, 15 June by a day of optional, additional user training sessions. Again, ICEM's senior management team will be joined by manufacturing industry representatives to give updates on the latest developments in and the use of ICEM software.

The third and final conference for 2006 will be held for ICEM software users in the Asia Pacific region at the Westin Hotel, Tokyo, Japan on Tuesday, 4 July. The one-day conference will follow the same pattern as the European and USA users' conferences and will end with a cocktail reception in the evening of 4 July. Wednesday, 5 July will be devoted to optional, additional user training sessions.
