Intergraph President and CEO R. Halsey Wise to Speak at India's National Association of Software and Service Companies CEO Forum

Keynote to Address the Importance of GIS in Indian Markets

HYDERABAD, India, Nov. 10, 2005 -- Intergraph Corporation (NASDAQ: INGR) today announced that R. Halsey Wise, its president and chief executive officer, will be the keynote speaker at today's National Association of Software and Service Companies (NASSCOM) CEO Forum. In his address, Wise will discuss the applications of GIS and its relevance to the Indian subcontinent.

Since its inception in 1987, Intergraph's development center in Hyderabad has played an important role in developing some of the company's flagship products, including its GeoMedia� and SmartPlant� portfolio. In addition, through the company's long-term partnership with Rolta, Intergraph technology is widely used in the Indian government, utilities and communications sectors as well as process and power generation markets.

The NASSCOM CEO Forum begins at noon in the Grand Ball Room of the Hotel Taj Krishna in Hyderabad.
