LOS ALTOS, CA, September 29, 2005 Lattice3D, the leader in 3D Publishing and Communications, today announced the appointment of Tarifa as a reseller for Italy, Virtalis and Epitomy Solutions as resellers for the UK and 3 Arti as a reseller for Turkey.

The increase in resellers in countries not previously served by Lattice3D is an important part of the company's strategy to provide a wide network of availability for XVL and its products throughout Europe, Asia and the continental US. Tarifa, Virtalis, Epitomy Solutions and 3 Arti will offer the full range of Lattice3D applications, which allow organizations to rapidly share, re-use, publish and communicate 3D data that originates as engineering design data.

Headquartered in Assago, Italy, Tarifa is a leading supplier and integrator of 3D CAD and PLM engineering tools in the regions across Italy.

Lattice3D products with XVL provide very high productivity and efficiency," said Roberto Menescardi, managing director, Tarifa. "Our testing of these technologies has emphasized how important 3D Publishing will be in the industry. We are happy to take the lead by bringing this technology into the Italian market."

Virtalis is one of the world's leading Virtual Reality (VR) and advanced visualization companies. Headquartered in Manchester, England, Virtalis systems and solutions offer the ability to understand information and data, to interact with it and to foster communication between designers, manufacturers, trainers, marketing and senior management. Virtalis will apply Lattice3D to creating technical manuals, and for training and support applications.

Epitomy Solutions, headquartered in Sheffield, England, is a leading provider of aftermarket and cataloging solutions to complex capital goods manufacturers across Europe. Epitomy Solutions improves parts supply chain efficiency, reduces order errors, increases workshop productivity and drives parts sales through its online solutions.

"Integrating Lattice 3D's XVL products into our suite significantly enhances our offer and leverages the benefits our clients derive," said Andrew Vernon, managing director, Epitomy Solutions. "We're excited by the partnership."

3 Arti designs dynamic websites according to a company's specifications and needs. With the reseller agreement with Lattice3D, compressed visual images are quickly and accurately included in electronic data management solutions.

The agreements further Lattice3D's goal to provide a distribution network that enables "everyone, everywhere" to access and use 3D CAD data.

"We are delighted to partner with these companies they are all highly technically proficient and have a well proven ability in selling and supporting users downstream of engineering and design", said Bill Barnes, director of worldwide channels, Lattice3D. "We look forward to long term relationships with them within our selective partner network."
