Exton, Pa. July 18, 2005 Bentley Systems, Incorporated today announced that Hatch, a leading global consulting, engineering, technologies, information systems, and project and construction management organization, has joined Bentleys Enterprise License Subscription (ELS) program and signed a global professional services agreement with the company.

The Bentley ELS program grants organizations unlimited access to the entire ELS software portfolio for a fixed annual fee. The portfolio covers all the AEC software needs of subscribers, providing building, plant, civil, and geospatial solutions and supporting a managed environment for their AEC IT.

Hatch has a strong tradition of innovation and invention and, as a result, continuously invests in technology and skills, said Peter Blake of Hatch. It does so in the interests of lowering costs, increasing productivity, and providing reliable plants for our clients. The Bentley ELS is a natural complement to this tradition, enabling us to offer clients creative, cost-effective technical alternatives and solutions, such as Bentleys DigitalPlant, in support of their projects solutions that ultimately lead to quality improvements and better business results for both companies.

As a strategic benefit, a Bentley ELS helps organizations such as Hatch become more agile. Project starts can happen faster and teams can reconfigure more quickly for new opportunities. No-charge pilots allow new technology to be infused into projects more readily. ELS agreements can include partners, extending the agility and multiplying the benefits in global projects.

The global professional services agreement with Bentley includes outsourced project support, training, and product deployment, combined with proactive knowledge sharing. Bentley Professional Services has the expertise to solve user problems, advance an organizations use of Bentley technology, and deliver integrated business solutions.
