Houston, TX –Jun 21, 2005 - AVEVA (LSE: AVV), a leading provider of plant design and engineering lifecycle solutions, and Victaulic, the world’s leading producer of mechanical pipe joining systems, have announced the immediate availability of the complete Victaulic piping catalog and specifications in AVEVA’s 3D PDMS® (Plant Design Management System) format.

The catalogs were created to satisfy customer demands for modeling the various Victaulic products within PDMS. Victaulic/AVEVA customers have already used the various catalogs on numerous projects in the Automotive, Biotech, Chemical, Food and Beverage, Oilfield, Offshore, Pharmaceutical, Power, and Pulp & Paper markets. The inclusion of the catalogs in PDMS eliminates the need for engineers to create and maintain their own Victaulic catalogs - saving them both time and money.

Version 3.0 of the Victaulic Vic/PDMS Piping Catalogs for PDMS contains separate catalogs for a variety of Victaulic product lines. These include the Victaulic Aluminum IPS Grooved, Carbon Steel IPS Grooved, Carbon Steel Pressfit, Copper CTS Grooved, HDPE, Plain End IPS, Stainless Steel 304 Pressfit, Stainless Steel 316 Pressfit, and the Stainless Steel IPS Grooved products. It also includes the new Victaulic large diameter Advanced Grooved System (AGS).

The catalogs are available free of charge to all Victaulic and AVEVA customers. To request a copy of the current version, visit the Victaulic website www.victaulic.com/software and compete the online order form.
