Graphisoft Appoints U.K. Managing Director

Garreth Evans to drive U.K. growth of 3D architectural and 5D virtual construction solutions leader, Graphisoft 

Budapest, April 07, 2005 - Graphisoft today announces the appointment of Garreth Evans as the Managing Director of its U.K. subsidiary. In this role, Evans will be responsible for the overall development of the U.K. business and further establishing the virtual modeling solution ArchiCAD� as the de fact architectural Virtual Building� standard among innovative architectural practises of all sizes. 

He has distinguished himself within the IT industry in a variety of sales, management and executive roles in the U.K., Canadian and U.S. markets. Evans has held several leadership positions at CAD/CAM companies including ComputerVision, driving $100 million in revenue, and Unigraphics where he was responsible for both the AEC and the Mechanical CAD sector.
