Working inside AutoCAD 2000 or higher, it is a customizable tool that writes legals the way the user wants. It can process a single polyline or collection of lines & arcs to predefined parcels that allow the user to batch process an entire subdivision. Includes support for Autodesk Land Desktop parcels and points.
