ACTIFY ANNOUNCES NEW MICRO CADAM IMPORTER 

SpinFire Professional Now Supports MICRO CADAM's 2D Design System

Tokyo, Japan - April 14, 2004 - Actify Inc., the leader in client-server design visualization and collaboration solutions for the high technology, automotive, industrial automation and discrete manufacturing industries, today announced a new importer for MICRO CADAM's Design System. MICRO CADAM was a leading CAD software provider in Japan that still has over 80,000 active users worldwide. By adding support for MICRO CADAM files, Actify is allowing CAD professionals within large enterprises a means to share their MICRO CADAM data with non-engineering professionals that do not use the MICRO CADAM system.

The Actify SpinFire Professional product line supports files created in any major CAD file format converting them, through their many Importers, into .3D, which is a world renowned CAD visualization file format. This neutral file format allows users in the manufacturing industries, and throughout their supply chains, to view, measure, mark-up and share files without needing to purchase and maintain seats of the native CAD systems.
