AutoVue adds support for AutoCAD 2005 and several other formats.

17. 1 supports AutoCAD 2005 and several other new formats. This service pack is available immediately for AutoVue users under maintenance.

"This service pack delivers full support for the new Sheet Set Files as well as new AutoCAD 2005 entities. The AutoCAD 2005 format is backwards compatible with AutoCAD 2004 (previously supported by AutoVue), but also includes some new entities. A new format, "Sheet Set Files" (.dst), was also introduced with AutoCAD 2005. In the latest service pack, AutoVue provides full support for the DST format and all new entities.

- Cadence SPECCTRA 14 and 15
- CoCreate's ME10 version 12
- PADS PowerLogic
- Protel Schematics 98, 99, 99SE

AutoVue provides a single point of access and common user interface allowing users to view and markup over 450 different formats. Formats include: 3D CAD parts & assemblies, 2D CAD drawings, PCB/IC layouts & schematics, raster, vector, hybrid and office documents. AutoVue is available as a desktop Windows application and as a thin-client, server based solution for Windows or Unix servers.
