Graphisoft Kicks Off Summer Series Of ArchiCAD Events

Creator of Virtual Building Technology Hosts Nationwide Series of Seminars to Explore the Building Information Model; Attendees Eligible for AIA/CES Credits

NEWTON, Mass., June 5 /PRNewswire/ -- Graphisoft US, originator of the Virtual Building(TM) concept and the world leader in Building Information Modeling, today announced its upcoming seminar series that will take place in cities nationwide throughout the summer. Each seminar event will feature demonstrations of Graphisoft's ArchiCAD(R) and how it enables architects to fulfill the needs of today's Building Information Model (BIM) requirements.

Presenters will walk the audience through a presentation of ArchiCAD's Virtual Building technology to explore the software's integrated 3D modeling capabilities and intelligent object technology. The Virtual Building serves as a central building information database. As architects create their designs, they simultaneously develop associated documentation; edits and revisions made in one view of the Virtual Building are updated automatically in all documents, views, sections, elevations, schedules and layouts. In addition, seminar presenters will delve into the Building Information Model and explore the concepts, benefits and implementation of this technology for architectural firms.
