NEEDHAM, MA - April 4, 2003 - PTC, the product development company, is shining the limelight on innovative engineers. PTC recently announced it is accepting entries for its second round of Innovation Ovation, a special section on its home page dedicated to the unique contribution engineers and product developers make to our lives.
