Steve Brown Named Vice President of US Sales Operations for CoCreate Software

FORT COLLINS, Colo., and SINDELFINGEN, Germany - March 31, 2003 - CoCreate Software, Inc., a leading provider of collaborative product development software, today announced the appointment of Steve Brown, formerly CoCreate's director of sales for the US western region, to vice president of US sales operations. The appointment will be effective immediately.

Brown has 13 years of experience in sales and sales management of software and services. He has also worked as an application and system engineer in the automotive industry. Before coming to CoCreate, Brown served as automotive sales director for Proficiency, Inc. Prior to this, he held various positions at SDRC in sales, sales management and technical support management.
