Microsoft Compatible CadPro 3.0 Is User-Friendly Software for Home/Office Designs, Deck Design, Electrical, Plumbing, Circuit Boards and Much More

TULSA, Okla., March 5 /PRNewswire/ -- Advanced computer aided design (CAD) software designed for beginners and professionals in fields such as mechanical, electrical and architectural designers has been introduced by Delta Software Intl., Inc. (DSI), developer of user-friendly software since 1989. 

The new offering, called CadPro 3.0, is an upgrade of the company's popular KeyCad(TM) Complete and KeyCad Pro(TM) lines. It supports both products but offers the advantage of T-square rulers which reset to zero, dockable tool boxes, and the ability to print any size blue print in inches or metrics. The new software also has built-in Smart Tools, a symbol library with 4,000 items ranging from home & office design, to a full range of engineering standards. It will also be available in Spanish and Japanese in the fall of 2003.

Robert Kourtis, DSI president, said CadPro 3.0 was created to help designers and homeowners meet a myriad of needs ranging from home/office design, deck design, electrical wiring, and plumbing to circuit boards, inventions, CMOS and TTL IC families and local area networks.

"At $29.95 it is a real bargain, and upgrades are $19.95. CadPro is unprecendented with its full support of windows networking features," he said.

CadPro 3.0 is designed for Microsoft(R)98, ME, 2000, NT and XP and has been optimized for XP which offers advanced networking features. A Macintosh version is expected next year. System requirements are an IBM(R) compatible PentiumII w/MMX processor or higher, 64 MB RAM, 20MB available hard disk space, 16-bit color minimum, CD-ROM drive, and VGA monitor or higher. CadPro 3.0 will print on any Windows(R) supported printer.

DSI was formed in 1989 to develop easy to use software for full range of designers. The company's first product was KeyCad Pro.
