People on the Weekend II CD

February 18, 2003, Las Vegas, NV -- Realworld Imagery, Inc. announces the release of People on the Weekend II, a photorealistic image collection of over 100 people casually dressed doing leisure and recreational activies. People on the Weekend II is the 19th CD in a series of textures and image collections designed for the AEC design visualization community.

Project Manager Kat Bakhu said, "This new collection of people imagery is ideal for visualizing residential, commercial, and recreational environments, including parks, pools, beach settings, and shopping complexes. A special emphasis is placed on providing people who are in a wide variety of interesting, non-walking postures."

The People on the Weekend II CD includes people sitting and relaxing, standing or leaning against walls and ledges; people with luggage; people reading, shoppers, and couples interacting. Also included is a sub-collection of people in swim wear and robes that one would find worn at a resort swimming pool. There is also a group of adults shown in active recreational activities, including cycling, jogging, and roller blading. This wide variety of gestures and postures makes People on the Weekend II an excellent companion to our original People on the Weekend CD, which provides a premium collection of casually dressed people shown walking from a wide variety of angles.

Each 2D image is in the Adobe Photoshop PSD file format on a transparent background, and also the 32 bit TIF file format on a black background with an 8 bit alpha channel mask, making these images render ready and useable in nearly all major design visualization software programs.

When asked what plans for future CDs were in the works, Bakhu reported, "We are producing Volume II of our popular Professional Trees & Shrubs CD, which is a deluxe CD focusing on plants in hardiness zones 2 - 6."
