PLANO, Texas and COLOGNE, Germany, Feb. 11 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- EDS (NYSE:EDS) today announced the German company WINDMOELLER & HOELSCHER (W&H) has placed an order for 170 seats of Unigraphics NX software, 170 seats of Teamcenter Engineering software and comprehensive consulting services. Financial terms were not disclosed. W&H is an international market leader in machinery and equipment for flexible packaging. The decision followed a four-month test phase between Unigraphics NX, EDS' world-class computer-aided design, manufacturing and engineering analysis (CAD/CAM/CAE) software, and two competitive systems.
