Growth and Renewals Catapult Participation in Intergraph's Global Partner Programs to New LevelsTeam GeoMedia blends partner expertise with premier geospatial solutions
HUNTSVILLE, Ala., Feb. 10, 2003 - Intergraph Mapping and Geospatial Solutions recorded the highest ever membership levels in the company's Team GeoMedia(R) programs as they kicked off their seventh year. With targeted development, certification, and education partnership opportunities, the Team GeoMedia family of programs is designed to meet the needs of both companies and individuals using GeoMedia technology and products as a platform to do business. The continued expansion of Team GeoMedia ensures that customers have convenient access to high-quality, end-to-end geospatial solutions, training, and services from a growing number of highly skilled partners trained, supported, and certified by Intergraph. "Today's growth has outpaced our expectations not only in quantity but also in quality of partners," said Leos Svoboda, Team GeoMedia program manager, Intergraph Mapping and Geospatial Solutions. "Intergraph is pleased to have such a distinguished group of partners assisting to enhance value in project delivery and quality for our mutual customers who are looking to streamline their geospatial workflows." To continue this growth, Intergraph will unveil new Team GeoMedia program initiatives later this year. Plans include additional program benefits, a new program to support independent training centers, and expansion to new global markets. Forty-six New Members Add Expertise, Solutions Forty-six new members - from countries including Canada, Hong Kong, and Germany - recently joined the Team GeoMedia Registered Solutions Provider (RSP) and Registered Solutions Center (RSC) programs. Combined with new members previously announced in 2002, the two programs experienced more than 100 percent annual growth. In addition, member renewal rates for 2003 climbed to more than 95 percent, demonstrating the value of the development, sales, marketing, and support Intergraph provides for business partners, leading solutions providers, system integrators, consulting companies, independent software vendors, and data providers worldwide. Also experiencing phenomenal growth are the Team GeoMedia Certified Developer and Certified Trainer Programs for geospatial professionals who want to develop their personal skill sets and increase their opportunities for providing consulting, training, and services. The programs' members now exceed 300 globally, representing an increase of more than 100 percent in 2002.
