NEEDHAM, MA. - February 3, 2003 - PTC (Nasdaq: PMTC), the product development company, announced today that its soon-to-be-delivered Pro/ENGINEER Wildfire incorporates secure collaboration services from Groove Networks, providing design engineers a unique option for reducing the cost and time associated with refining product designs, particularly for teams that span company and geographic boundaries. By making available Groove Networks' unique collaboration services within Pro/ENGINEER Wildfire, PTC is offering design engineers the most ambitious and comprehensive "contextual collaboration" capabilities on the market today.
