Autodesk Appointed to NSW Government Contractors Panel for Geographic Information Systems
Sydney, December 17, 2002- Autodesk, Inc., (Nasdaq: ADSK) the world's leading design software and digital content company, today announced the company has been appointed to the NSW government panel contract for the provision of Geographic Information Systems. Under Contract 864, Autodesk will be a State Contracts Control Board's approved supplier of Geographic Information Systems until 2004. The panel contract greatly benefits government agencies and departments by giving them a wide choice of competitive GIS products and services including GIS specification preparation and allowing them to bypass lengthy and costly tenders.
