SAN RAFAEL, CA - November 15, 2002 - AUGI, AutoDesk User Group International, has added a new guild to their guild family - a Revit Guild, to support Revit users throughout the world. The AUGI Guilds provide free technical support to Autodesk users world-wide. The guilds are unique in that they rely on email and not Internet access. Users submit their technical support question to the guild using email and get the response by email. Each guild has a manager, who has the ability to escalate technical support issues to Autodesk product managers.

Revit, a parametric Architectural design and documentation software, was acquired by Autodesk earlier this year.
