ELYSIUM INC AGREES OFFICIAL SUPPLIER STATUS WITH RENAULT F1 TEAM

SOUTHFIELD, MI - November 6, 2002 - Elysium Inc., a global provider of CAD translation software, and the Mild Seven Renault F1 Team have agreed an Official Supplier Agreement between the two companies.

The arrangement means that the Renault F1 Team gains access to the entire range of Elysium products including CADporter translators (for CATIA V4 & V5, Pro/ENGINEER, I-DEAS, Parasolid, Solidworks, SAT and Autodesk Inventor), CADdoctor for interactive 3D data healing and repair, and Elysium Enterprise Server for enterprise-wide, server-based, automated CAD file translation. In return, Elysium benefits from being able to quickly field-test new translator technologies and gains valuable research data in a real-world design and manufacturing environment that relies on excellence of technology.

The Mild Seven Renault F1 Team recommenced Formula One racing in 2002 after a break of several years. This highly popular, worldwide race series is a true test of man and machine both during and between races. Each race takes two hours and covers 305 km around a specially designed track, where the fuel consumption, manufacturing and engineering of the cars is proved. The two weeks in between races is when new designs are created, machined and manufactured, in record time, to ensure that the cars continue to improve throughout the series. For this, excellent technologies, processes and talented engineers are a requirement.

The Mild Seven Renault F1 Team this year completed the series in 4th place, and has already started testing its new car for the 2003 season.
