TRANSMAGIC RELEASES TRANSMAGIC PLUS WITH SUPPORT FOR CATIA V5

WESTMINSTER, CO, November, 4, 2002 - TransMagic, Inc. providers of stand-alone CAD data translation tools, today released TransMagic Plus. This new software product builds on the company's flagship product, TransMagic R3, by adding CATIA V5 compatibility to an already long list of CAD translators.

TransMagic Plus combines translation and healing of native CATIA V5 files to provide bi-directional compatibility with any other major MCAD system. TransMagic Plus allows the direct, rapid translation, repair and viewing of 3D CAD files from CATIA V5, CATIA V4, Unigraphics, Pro/ENGINEER, STEP and IGES, plus hundreds of ACIS and Parasolid applications, such as SolidWorks and Inventor, via the SAT and X_T formats.
