HKS Announces Name Change to ABAQUS, Inc.

Change reflects unification of identity and reinforces the company's continuing focus on superior finite element analysis products

Pawtucket, R.I., USA, November 4, 2002 - Hibbitt, Karlsson & Sorensen, Inc. (HKS), the world's leading provider of advanced finite element analysis (FEA) software products, today announced that its Board of Directors has approved the change of its corporate name to ABAQUS, Inc., effective immediately.
