CIMMETRY'S AUTOVUE INTEGRATES WITH FILENET ECM TO EXPAND ACCESS TO CRITICAL CONTENT

Washington, D.C. -- October 21 2002 -Cimmetry Systems Inc., the global leader in Visualization and Collaboration solutions for the A/E/C, Engineering, Manufacturing and Electronics markets, today announced availability of a viewing and collaboration solution for Brightspire(tm), FileNET Corporation's business process management framework and component of its Enterprise Content Management offering.

Cimmetry now provides a solution to augment content management capabilities of Brightspire, providing visualization of engineering drawings, 3D CAD drawings and Electronic Design Automation (circuit board drawings) formats, as well as collaboration tools for marking up or redlining the documents saved in the FileNET repository.

AutoVue is a thin-client visualization and collaboration solution allowing users to view and markup over 200 native 2D/3D/EDA CAD file formats, directly from a Web browser. Integrated with FileNET's integration framework, AutoVue delivers access to critical content to users across organizations.
