ARES PRISM Suite to Provide Project Execution Capabilities for Intergraph MARIAN Materials and Procurement Management Solution

HUNTSVILLE, Ala., Sept. 24, 2002 - Intergraph Corporation <NASDAQ: INGR> on behalf of its Process, Power & Offshore division has signed a licensing and distribution agreement with ARES Corporation, the two companies jointly announced today. Under terms of the agreement, Intergraph will distribute the ARES PRISM Software Suite within the worldwide process, power, offshore and shipbuilding industries. The companies plan to tightly integrate the ARES PRISM Project Manager software with the Intergraph MARIAN(r) materials and procurement management solution. Along with MARIAN, Intergraph Process, Power & Offshore is now offering five modules of PRISM Project Manager for cost, progress, performance measurement and tracking of engineering deliverables and PRISM Project Estimator for capital cost budget development. The PRISM functionality ideally completes the MARIAN materials management and procurement solution with key project financial information and project capabilities.
