Academic Distributor to Expand CADKEY, DataCAD & SURFCAM Academic Exposure in Canada

CONCORD, NH - September 6, 2002 - Tech Ed Concepts, Inc. (TEC, Inc.), North American Academic Distributor of 3D engineering and manufacturing software and curricular programs for educators and students, recently announced that Tech Ed Concepts Canada in Barrie, Ontario will be expanding the exposure of TEC, Inc.'s CAD and CAM products throughout Canada.

Tech Ed Concepts Canada was founded by Jim Fleming, Sales & Applications Engineer. Fleming has been using CAD systems for over ten years and currently teaches courses in Design and Advanced CAD systems at Georgian College and McMaster University. "I am looking forward to bring the educational programs and software that TEC, Inc. has put together into more Canadian classrooms and computer labs. In my experience, students really enjoy using these programs, and in fact, surprise themselves with what they are able to accomplish," Fleming stated.

Fleming is a joint winner of the National Design Engineering Award Silver Medal for consumer product design, and has worked extensively in the automotive industry both in product and tooling design.
