The new website is an integral part of the recently announced LightWorks Contents Strategy and provides customers - software application developers - and their � million users with a unique service that further enhances the value and power of their LightWorks-based rendering applications.

LightWork Design is working in partnership with leading content providers so that it can offer this unique service to its customers and give them and their application users a fast, easy and cost-effective way to access a wide variety of industry specific content, such as real-world materials, trees, people, scenery, light studios and procedural shaders. The content available to download from www.lightworks-user.com is supplied in the secure, LightWorks Archive (LWA) format which gives users of LWA-Enabled rendering applications the ability to select, accurately visualize, and specify all types of content in their CAD models, for use throughout the art-to-part process.
