Multi-threaded Version of World's Leading Renderer Released for Mac OS X

The unique and highly efficient multi-threaded technology in this new version of LightWorks for Mac OS X gives users performance increases of up to *198% when using a dual processor computer, which is significantly higher than other rendering systems. With the new release, 3D designers using LightWorks-based rendering applications on Mac OS X can be sure of achieving the maximum performance gains from their investment in SMP hardware.

LightWork Design customers get automatic access to the highly efficient multi-threading in LightWorks without needing to make any changes to their software; reinforcing the benefits developers gain from using LightWorks. Therefore, designers will be seeing updated applications, using the new multi-threaded version of LightWorks for Mac OS X, released shortly.
