Technical Furniture Maker Cuts New Product Time-to-Market with CoCreate's OneSpace Designer

FORT COLLINS, Colo., and SINDELFINGEN, Germany - July 16, 2002 - Evans Consoles Inc. announced today that they have developed their new Strata line in just six months, a reduction from their typical time to market of two years. The furniture manufacturer for control centers, such as those used by NASA and law enforcement agencies, credits CoCreate's OneSpace Designer Modeling for these results.

The OneSpace Designer Modeling software, which enables online product development, allowed Evans to eliminate the need to produce prototypes and ultimately saved more than $150,000.

These savings, however, did not impact product integrity. "Our designs have garnered some of the console industry's most prestigious awards," said Geoff Gosling, Evans' Director of Research and Development.
