Informatix To Distribute MicroGDS Direct To UK Customers

1^st July, Informatix Software International Limited (ISI) will be selling and supporting MicroGDS direct to its UK customers. Previously sales and support were indirect, through a UK distributor.

Chris Russon, Managing Director of ISI, explains: "Under the new arrangements, end users will be in much closer contact with the MicroGDS product software development team. There will be immediate benefits because of the increased range of skills available to support customers, and additional benefits later as the more direct feedback helps us to further improve the MicroGDS product".

ISI, which also develops the Piranesi 3D painting software, aims to produce a major new release of MicroGDS every year. The next release - MicroGDS7.1 - will soon be shipping and will be available only through ISI in the UK.

Informatix Software International Ltd specialise in Windows� based software for the architectural, engineering, construction, and facility management industries.
