Elysium Inc. Licences CATIA V5 Reader/Writer Technology from Spatial Corp. Agreement Allows Rapid Deployment of Native CATIA V5 Translators with CADporter

TORRANCE, California - June 24, 2002 - Elysium Inc., a global provider of CAD translation software, today announced that it licensed Spatial's CATIA V5 Reader/Writer technology.

This agreement will enable users of Elysium's CADporter? product to easily and rapidly translate 3D solid and surface data to-and-from CATIA V5.
