Leuven, Belgium - June 20, 2002- Capvidia, a Belgium company, today announced a strategic reseller partnership with leading value-added reseller Concurrent Technologies Inc. of St. Peters, MO. According to the terms of the agreement, Concurrent Technologies Inc. will be a distributor of FaceWorks in Missouri, Kansas, eastern Iowa, southern Illinois and northern Arkansas.

FaceWorks combines the power of standard SolidWorks with functions designed to simplify tooling and manufacturing applications on 3D CAD models. FaceWorks uses the latest SolidWorks user interface concepts (property page) providing smooth integration into the SolidWorks environment. Users benefit from standard SolidWorks functions complemented with specialized easy to use tools simplifying the tool-making process dramatically and minimizing costs and manufacturing times.

"This agreement with Concurrent Technologies Inc. further strengthens our position in the mold/tool/die industry," said Lyle Fischer, Technical Marketing Director of Capvidia. "We are very excited about Concurrent Technologies Inc. joining our team. Their knowledge of SolidWorks, exceptional support and sales capabilities combined with FaceWorks will allow us to continue to expand our presence in the US marketplace."

"FaceWorks splits complex parts faster and more accurately than anything we have seen. It reduces the amount of time needed to generate core and cavity objects from days to hours and hours to minutes. This is an incredible time saver," said Dan Heidelmeyer, president of Concurrent Technologies Inc. "FaceWorks can also handle complex parts. We especially like the multi-split capability. The integration to SolidWorks is so well done that the learning curve for this product is very short. With only a demonstration of the FaceWorks product we were able to split and develop the parting surfaces in minutes."
