WAYLAND, Mass.--June 19, 2002--Moldflow Corporation (NASDAQ: MFLO), the world leader in process-wide solutions for optimizing the design and manufacture of plastic products, today announced that the DIAM company, a subsidiary of The Delta Solutions Group headquartered in Montigny le Bretonneux, France, has made a significant purchase of the Moldflow Plastics Insight(TM) (MPI(TM)) suite of design optimization software. The order is valued at approximately $100,000 and was shipped during Moldflow's fourth fiscal quarter.
