netGuru's eReview Collaboration Tool Selected as Core Technology for Largest Engineering/Manufacturing ASP for Asian Markets Run by TCS, Asia's Largest Software & Services Company

(NASDAQ:NGRU), a provider of enterprise collaborative commerce solutions, today announced securing a contract for eReview Collaboration technology to be used in an Engineering/Manufacturing ASP by TCS (Tata Consultancy Services), Asia's largest global software and services company. eReview was chosen as the appropriate and suitable technology for this ASP to be set up in the industrial city of Coimbatore, India. As part of an integrated IT services and products contract, TCS has purchased 100 concurrent licenses of eReview. eReview is an integral component of an elite technology solution stack for this project. TCS chose eReview for its flexible architecture, which allows for customization and seamless integration with products from global technology giants such as IBM, Oracle and BEA Systems.

TCS' vision will allow for large multi-national firms to access their Engineering/Manufacturing ASP in real-time to review and markup robust 2D and 3D engineering/CAD models and documents through this ASP. eReview will be used to view and collaborate on documents from various ASP components such as Project information, Procurement and buys-sell process. The Web4 team will provide high-end integration between eReview and IBM's Lotus Notes workflow management system. eReview's web-based collaboration for document review and markup is a vital component for Asia's first comprehensive Engineering/Manufacturing ASP solution.
