AutoSolids Version 2.1 Released

Pace, Florida, June 4, 2002- AutoSolids, Inc.(ASI) today announced the release of Version 2.1 of it's AutoCAD add-on, AutoSolids, which adds parametric 3D solid modeling, advanced 3D visualization, and 3D-to-2D automation tools to AutoCAD and AutoCAD-based applications.

AutoSolids 2.1 offers increased speed and ease-of-use over previous releases due to performance improvements and new functionality. New features include parametric solid arrays which enable fast creation and editing of hole patterns or other patterns of solids. Graphic performance has been increased in Version 2.1, and enhancements have been made to QuickDraw, AutoSolids' 3D-to-2D automation utility. AutoSolids 2.1 also includes a powerful AutoLISP Application Programming Interface(API) for custom application development.

AutoSolids Version 2.1 is currently available for AutoCAD versions 14.01 thru 2002, and all versions of Mechanical Desktop and AutoCAD Architectural Desktop, with prices starting at $495. Time-unlimited demonstration versions of AutoSolids and additional product information are available online.
