Cities Revealed's 3rd User Group Meeting Offers Exciting Opportunities

28 May 2002 - The GeoInformation Group, publishers of Cities Revealed�, is pleased to announce its third annual geographic imagery User Group Meeting scheduled for 11 - 12 December 2002. Taking place at New College, Cambridge, this two-day meeting will build on the enormous success of last year's event.

The User Group is open to all clients using Cities Revealed's geographic imagery products, including high resolution aerial photography and its newly released spatial databases, and will keep users apace with latest developments within the market. Using a similar format to that of last year, the agenda will encompass a wide variety of sessions covering new technology and innovations, hands-on training, novel user presentations, technical overviews and a glimpse into future developments of geographic imagery.

Last year's meeting brought together users from a wide variety of market sectors including; local and central government, emergency services, transport, environment and utilities. One delegate from the previous meeting commented, "The meeting provided an ideal forum for the exchange of ideas with other geospatial data users. The workshops proved to be especially invaluable and has helped me to develop my own project requirements".
