AGILE LEVERAGES CIMMETRY'S 2D - 3D CAD, & EDA VIEWING TECHNOLOGY

May 21, 2002 - Agile Software Corporation (NASDAQ: AGIL) and Cimmetry Systems Inc. today announced, as an extension of an existing relationship, that Agile Software will embed Cimmetry's 3D and EDA visualization and collaboration technology into Agile8-an integrated set of solutions to manage the product record. With this announcement, Agile is expanding its agreement with Cimmetry by broadening the number of formats available to customers to include 3D & EDA formats. Customers will now be able to view and markup more than 200 native file formats directly from their Agile application. Formats include 3D CAD parts and assemblies, 2D CAD, EDA and Microsoft Office documents. These solutions are being showcased at the Agility 2002 held in Las Vegas, Nevada from May 19-21, 2002.
