New VariCAD 8.2

30 April 2002 -- VariCAD announces the release of its mechanical CAD system - VariCAD 8.2. 

The compact CAD package includes tools for 3D modeling and 2D drafting, libraries of mechanical parts (ANSI, DIN ..), surface development (unbending), calculations of standard mechanical components, and tools for working with non-graphical information, such as bills of materials (BOM). 

The system is sold "fully loaded" and complete with all its features and functions for one low price.
