CoCreate Names Mark C. Cutler President for Asian Operations

Industry Expert to Drive Strategy in Japan

FORT COLLINS, Colo., and SINDELFINGEN, Germany - April 23, 2002 - CoCreate Software Inc., the leading provider of collaborative product development (CPD) solutions, today announced that technology industry veteran Mark Cutler has joined the company as president of CoCreate Asian Operations, where he will work with key distribution partners, cultivate market leadership and provide support for CoCreate products and services for the Asia Pacific region.

Cutler will provide leadership as CoCreate increases its focus on vertical market segments in the Asia Pacific region, especially in consumer electronics and plastics. He will also help build relationships with design and manufacturing firms seeking to bring products to market that meet customers needs and with greater speed through use of the OneSpace Solution Suite.

Prior to joining CoCreate, Cutler was president of EDS PLM Solutions Japan. During his career, Cutler has also held key positions at the leading technology and manufacturing firms SDRC, General Semiconductor, and Noss. Cutler earned a BS from the University of Maryland, a BS at Washington State University, and MBA from Central Michigan University.
