Keynoters Offer Insights on Business, Global Partnerships

James F. Taylor, chairman and chief executive officer, Intergraph Corporation, and Gerhard Sallinger, president, Intergraph Process, Power & Offshore, on Monday, May 20, address business and technology aspects of Intergraph as a long-term partner. Taylor discusses achievements of the corporation since its verticalization into five main business units in his address, "Intergraph 2002: 33 Years of Change." Explaining how Process, Power & Offshore continues to grow as the industry leader, Sallinger notes progress and prospects as well as partnerships and initiatives targeting offshore, power and biopharmaceutical industry segments.

Yvonne Clay, PTA Alliance manager, BP Chemicals, and Riccardo Mollo, chief executive officer - Alliances, Technip Italy, answer essential industry questions on the partners' successful alliance, now in its third year, for global design, construction and operation of purified terephthalic acid (PTA) plants. Providing insights on resource and risk sharing aspects of engineering and owner/operator alliances, Clay and Mollo on Tuesday morning, May 21, discuss how the alliance works, how the partners selected each other, what their expectations were and what they have gained. David L. McQuillin, president and CEO-elect, Aspen Technology, Inc., is scheduled to deliver the Wednesday keynote address on the e- aspects of collaborative engineering. Special guest keynote speaker is Larry Winget, philosopher of success. Tuesday afternoon, May 21, Winget presents his insightful and humorous observations in "Stuff That Works Every Single Day."
