Moldflow to Release Third Fiscal Quarter Financial Results On April 18, 2002

WAYLAND, Mass.--April 4, 2002--Moldflow Corporation (NASDAQ: MFLO), world leader in process-wide solutions for optimizing the design and manufacture of plastic products announced today that it expects to release third fiscal quarter financial results on Thursday, April 18, 2002. In addition, the Company will hold a conference call conducted by Marc Dulude, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, and Suzanne Rogers, Chief Financial Officer at 5:00 p.m. Eastern time on April 18, 2002 to discuss third quarter results and future outlook.
