25 Seats of COSMOS/Works Installed at California State University at Fresno

Los Angeles (California), February 20, 2002 - Structural Research & Analysis Corp. (SRAC), a leading developer of design analysis software for engineering professionals, today announced the sale of 25 seats of COSMOS/Works to the California State University, Fresno to be used in teaching students in the College of Engineering and Computer Science during the 2002 academic year.

With a strong emphasis on computer-aided design, Fresno State's Mechanical and Industrial Engineering Department enables engineering students to study the effects of different parameters on the operation and performance of energy, fluid, aerospace, and other mechanical systems. Laboratory courses focus on computer-aided design, computer-aided manufacturing, computer-integrated manufacturing, materials handling, plant layout, and human factors engineering.
