Allsheets, Inc releases Program Tracker and Allsheets Tracker for AutoCAD

Orlando, Florida, February 7, 2002 - Allsheets, Incorporated, a manufacturer of CAD software and an AutoDesk Developer, announces the arrival of their Program Tracker & Allsheets Tracker for AutoCAD

Both Program Tracker products are used to keep track of the time spent in different software applications for the purpose of financial accounting, and project management on PC's. They enable the user to track time spent in any array of applications. Allsheets Program Tracker & Allsheets AutoCAD(r) Tracker are linked with Quickbooks 2002, and able to generate invoices. A convenient user-definable idle mode makes sure that only actual work time is being invoiced.

Allsheets AutoCAD(r) Tracker is specifically designed with the AutoCAD user in mind. Keeping track of time spent in AutoCAD drawings has never been easier. Allsheets AutoCAD(r) Tracker keeps track of hours in unlimited numbers of drawings.

When any application is opened, the Program Tracker prompts the user to turn on the tracking information. If the tracker is selected, the user will be able to choose the customer for billing along with an assigned project. Projects consist of collections of tracked programs. Once a project is opened, it is possible to assign unlimited programs to it. When the user closes a program, and/or selected drawing, the tracking on that specific program stops and is logged in the database. Time is tracked on a program only if that program is in actual use - the User Idle Time feature allows the user to leave the computer without worrying about adding unproductive time to an account.

When a project is finished an invoice can be generated in QuickBooks 2002 without leaving Program Tracker. Clicking on the "Generate Invoice" button in the Program Tracker window will prompt the user to assign inventory items, (imported automatically from QuickBooks 2002), and finalize the invoice total for printing.

Allsheets Invoicing software can be added to the Program Tracker for non-QuickBooks 2002 users (to be released Q2, 2002).
