A Sophisticated Project Control Center

The Arenium system is comprised of at least one client PC connected to a gateway server that stores project information and acts as a centralized hub. This sophisticated project control center offers advanced file management features. A company would store project data on a Windows server, then engineers work on their part of the project, and at any convenient time, check it back into the server. Individual users can also use Arenium to organize their MX projects locally on their desktop or laptop computer, without sharing them with other users.

Arenium provides a high level of security at many levels. Project leaders can assign users to groups and designate access rights. For example, users in the Survey group may read, write, and delete permissions on the ground model, while the Engineering group can only "read" or view the ground model. Another safety measure is the Rollback feature enabling a user to retrieve earlier versions of a model file to correct mistakes or try different design options. Rollback delivers powerful design flexibility, as well as piece of mind.

Standard Modem Connection for Data Transfer and Email

A major advantage of Arenium is its ability to share design model data efficiently over a standard modem connection. Multi-site staff can access the very latest design information from anywhere in the field using laptops and the Internet. Arenium users can also send simple text messages to other users or use their own email systems. The user team receives notifications of changes that other Arenium users have made.
