Moldflow Announces Stock Repurchase Program
WAYLAND, Mass - September 19, 2001 - Moldflow Corporation, world leader in software solutions for optimizing the design and manufacture of plastic products announced today that its Board of Directors has voted to authorize the Company to repurchase up to 500,000 shares of its common stock. This program is effective immediately. Marc Dulude, president and CEO of Moldflow Corporation, noted, "Recent thin trading patterns and the volatility in the financial markets have resulted in a decline in the share price of our common stock to a level we believe undervalues our company. Moldflow stands ready to invest its capital in this way and we believe this is in the best interests of our shareholders." Purchases under the program may be made from time to time and in such amounts as market conditions warrant. Purchases may be commenced or suspended at any time without prior notice.
