Infrasoft Corporation Hires Marketing Executive For North America

BEVERLY, Massachusetts - July 25, 2001 - Infrasoft Corporation, a global supplier of IT solutions for civil engineers, announced today that Martha Bednarz will join the fast growing private company as the Marketing Communications Manager. Ms. Bednarz will work closely with the company's senior management team to expand Infrasoft's marketing efforts in North America. Infrasoft recently introduced a new Collaborative Engineering solution for civil engineers, which received top industry awards and recognition. The company also develops the award-winning MXROAD, MXRENEW, and MXRAIL software solutions for Infrasoft's worldwide user base involved in road design, road renewal and railroad engineering. Bednarz is an accomplished marketing professional with over 15 years of experience in developing software marketing programs across a broad spectrum of technology companies. Most recently, she has served as a marketing communications consultant to companies such as IBM/Lotus Development Corporation and NMS Communications.

Prior to her consultancy, Ms. Bednarz was principal of a marketing communications firm with notable clients such as Siemens, Marcam Corporation, Instron Corporation, Hewlett Packard and Digital Equipment Corporation. In addition to her industry experience, Martha has taught marketing writing as adjunct faculty at Northeastern University, and technical and marketing writing as part-time faculty at the University of Massachusetts Lowell. Bednarz holds a bachelor's degree from Vassar College.

Ms. Bednarz joins other key Infrasoft executives; Mr. Rick Fiery, President and CEO, Mr. Stan Fenton, Chairman of Infrasoft North America, and Mr. Jim Paton, Managing Director and Vice-President of International Channels & Marketing.
