Moldflow to Release Second Fiscal Quarter Financial Results on January 24, 2001

WAYLAND, Mass.- January 17, 2001 - Moldflow Corporation (Nasdaq:MFLO), world leader in process-wide solutions for optimizing the design and manufacture of plastic products announced today that it expects to release the second fiscal quarter financial results on Wednesday, January 24, 2001.

In addition, the Company will hold a conference call conducted by Marc Dulude, Chief Executive Officer and President, and Suzanne Rogers, Chief Financial Officer at 5:00 p.m. Eastern time on January 24, 2001 to discuss second quarter results and future outlook.
