IDEAL and KIP Co-Sponsor Seminar, Scan to the Web and Print from the Web

August 10, 2000, Rockville, MD - IDEAL Systems & Scanners, Inc. is pleased to announce an upcoming internet based productivity Scan to the Web and Print from the Web seminar for Architects, Engineers, Facility Managers, Manufacturers and government agencies working with large format documents.

Scan to the Web and Print from the Web will feature a conceptual and hands on overview of IDEAL's award winning IntraNETIXTM technology, which breaks bandwidth barriers and which makes browser based document acquisition and distribution across multi-platforms easy.

Seminar attendees will see first hand IDEAL's 50" wide large format monochrome scanners integrated with Digital Container, a document acquisition and distribution web server, as well as KIP Printers.

Because of Thin Client Computing Technology built into IntraNETIXTM, these huge files are immediately accessed and viewed for zooming, panning, and even printing from the web browser.

Scan to the Web and Print from the Web will be held on September 15, 2000 at the Ramada Inn Hotel in Rockville, Maryland. There will be two sessions. A morning session will be held between 8:30 a.m. and 12:00 p.m, and an afternoon session will be held between 1:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m.
